Registration

If you are a CONFIRMED speaker or moderator, you can use this page to register for the Showcase.

Full conference registration for speakers and moderators includes attendance at all events at the two-day conference, including the following: all breaks, 2 lunches, 3 plenary addresses, Exhibit Hall admission, 20 technical sessions, the awards ceremony, and the reception in the Exhibit Hall on Wednesday, Dec. 6. Speakers and moderators who register for one or both days will also receive a CD of the Showcase proceedings.

The following packages are available for speakers and moderators:

• Full conference registration (2 days) for $195.00.
• One-day conference registration for $100.00.
• Session-only registration. If you will NOT be attending any other events or sessions, you can register using this option. There is no charge.
• US DOE staff $50.00.

If you are also an exhibitor, you can register for no-cost using the complimentary registrations provided for your booth personnel, using the forms you receive when you register your booth. If you wish to buy additional registrations beyond those provided with your booth purchase, please go the Exhibitor page.

If you have a disability and require special accomodations to fully participate in this event, please call the TCEQ at least three weeks prior to the start of the Showcase at 512-239-6327.

After 3:00 pm, Nov. 30, speakers should register onsite.

Please note that the deadline for submitting your Powerpoint presentation to the Showcase is November 21, 2006.
